The idea of losing fat from particular ';zones'; of the body is a myth. With exercise and a reasonable diet, one loses fat from the whole body. This weight loss is very noticeable in the face, however. There are exercises that can help tone the facial muscles, but with age fat is redistributed throughout the body, and this also is very noticeable in the face. People who are very fit, such as weight lifters, tend to not show this aging distribution of fat as pronounced as other people...How can we reduce facial fat?
there is an excercise that's been around for ages. you simply take the time to say the vowels, aaaaaaa, eeeeeee, iiiiiiiiii, oooooooo, uuuuuuu and a long, drawn out, over-eggagerated manner whenever you think of it througout the course of your day. you'll feel the muscle tightening as you do it. oh, and it won't happen overnight, so be patient.
i don't recommend doing it in public places. someone might call those men in the white coats and cart you away.

It is impossible for someone to specifically target an area of the body for weight loss. The body will generally lose the fat it strored last. Fat from the face and extremities is usually the first to go. Fat around the body's core goes last, such as belly, butt, and hips. Any preferred technique for weight loss will show this pattern.
The more weight you lose, you're face will get slimmer along with your body. Good luck!
Spot reduction is a MYTH. That's why most of those ab machines and others products are junk. You will need to lose weight all over.
TIP- Do cardio this will help you sweat and some of the excess ';fat'; in your face maybe be bloating from too much soda, Chinese food, basically salty foods or drinks.
