Is it really necessary to use an AM & PM facial cream routine?

Is there any difference between AM %26amp; FM face creams? Is it really necessary to use an AM %26amp; PM facial cream routine?
Most of the time your night moisturizers contain more age fighting benefits that increase your skins rejuvenation process while you sleep. A lot of times an am moisturizer contains a SPF that protects your skin throughout the day. Sometimes a daytime moisturizer will have an oil absorber or extra moisturizer depending on the formula. Is it really necessary to use an AM %26amp; PM facial cream routine?
You definitely don't have to use a different one for each but there are typically benefits in using a night cream that aren't offered by a day cream, the first being that a night cream is richer. We tend to lose a lot of moisture at night as there is usually less going on in the household or in some cases there is air conditioning running at all hours of the night which is just dry air. If your skin is dry, you may benefit from using something richer at night or if you are on the oily side you may find that there are night creams that serve more as treatments in helping your skin improve while you sleep. Whether or not you need a night cream is entirely up to you.
well you can use one cream for both AM and PM but you deffinately have to do a night and day cream because your face gets very oily during the day and even more during the night and you have to scrub all of that oil off..
I am 80. have no wrinkles and am often thought to be much younger, All I ever use on my face is plain water (no soap) and on the first morning in May I wash my face with dew.Works for me.I hope your skin care routine works as well for you
yes it is because the morning creme helps with the daily bacteria and mosturizes. and the pm creme helps your face by protecting it from you getting any breakouts
I use facial creams 24/7, my face is now so soft it has dripped off but looks sweet like melted ice cream. :o)
