The best home made facial is Multani mitti (mud from Multan, an area now in Pakistan where the lime-rich clay was originally found). This is kind of clay which helps to remove pimples and good for your hair too. This is also available in indian - pakistani market in cheap rate. wat u need to do is dip this mud into the water for an hour and when it becomes softer add few drops of rose water. Apply as pack. Leave it till dry. Then wash it off and it very safe with no side effects.

i use an herbal soap, i didnt make it at home so i guess you can't consider it home made, but if you check where it was made from, it's herbal plants, so it is very safe for the skin and it isnt only for pimples, it's for those nasty acnes too, and best of all, it is cheap too, so i don't need to put my self up to the hassles of finding those leaves and mashing and whatever you should do to produce it. e mail me if you want to know more about it.
