Does shaving facial hair frequently, lead to hair growth at a faster rate?

Is it a myth or is it true ?Does shaving facial hair frequently, lead to hair growth at a faster rate?
Myth, growth has to do with hormones released into you system.Does shaving facial hair frequently, lead to hair growth at a faster rate?
Myth.

Hair rate is dependent on your follicles, not how you cut the hair. The follicles are left alone, so they stay the same and that's how it grows.

However, because you are shaving only the majority of the hair, and not absolutely everything, it looks like it's growing faster. It's only how it looks though, not what it actually is doing.
A total myth:been shaving over 30 years ,but it never grew darker or faster.

Space
well they get thicker and ur skin gets rougher

for male its been written in their genes to grow hair on face
