better research that before you go. Facials are supposed to be sooo good for your face and all, but don't be surprised when you get red (like you're saying) and even break out. Sure they pull everything out of your skin and all, but there is nothing left to protect your skin for hours!! (so that may be you answer - hours) this is because the harsh chemicals in facials can kill the enzymes in your skin but i'm not against them at all or anything but like anything else it's not as good as it seems. Just make sure they are using natural ingredients, oils and vitamins. If you have sensitive skin be prepared for a long day of red. If you can't cancel your plans tmrw you may want to reschedule your facial.

They say that you should never plan a social event whenever you are doing anything to your face or hair! The redness depending on your skin type will fade away within a few days. It really depends on how much they irritate the skin to begin with and how harsh the cleaner is to your face. Redness is just a reaction to all the processes they use. So hopefully they don't use any harsh cleansers or acids on your skin.
well after u get a facial it really should not get red and if it does get red maybe just for a day or so and if it continues go see a skin pro doctor.
