What facial wash do you think works best?

i have black heads on my nose, and the occasional pimple on my upper lip, chin, or forehead...


im staying at the hospital for two weeks becuz im with my mom and shes having medical problems i cant go anywhere cuz im only 15 and theres no close stores, is there any kind of cleanser that i can make to keep my breakouts gone till i get home?What facial wash do you think works best?
i have the same problem and biore blackhead clearing strips worked so well and pull the blackheads right out and i also use clean n clear blackhead scrubWhat facial wash do you think works best?
