in las vegas with a parent? I've heard 16 but i have seen people that are like 14 with their nose pierced and their lip pierced.
Im thinking about getting a monroe or a lip ring.How old do you have to be to get a facial piercing..?
Just have you and your parent tell them you are 16 and you'll be fine.
