Honey and oatmeal makes your skin nice and soft.
avacado makes your skin soft...or lemon flour and yogurt :) or honey oats and banana :)
I get some fresh strawberries, and mush them into a paste like substance, and rub it on my face....It feels and smells good and is edible! =)
i dont use bought ones i make my own using mashed up cucumber,honey and a few oats,smells nice and makes my face so fresh and soft
oatmilk is my fave;
mix regular oatmeal (not instant) + milk;
leave on face for 15 minutes before wash off;
you'll love the feel.. guaranteed. :-)
Honey, sunflower oil, powdered oats.
The aspirin can cause internal bleeding for those who are allergic to aspirin, since it is easily absorbed by the skin. There's also the risk of Reye Syndrome from using aspirin and salicyclic acid.
Sugar is usually too course. I think baking soda is a much better abrasive for the skin - in addition, baking soda kills a lot of bacteria whereas sugar will feed it.
1/2 cup powdered oats
2 tablespoons honey
1 squished gel-cap of vitamin E or about 10 vitamin E drops
1 teaspoon sunflower oil, or any other liquid oil such as olive oil
optional:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the ingredients in a dish. Add enough water to make a paste. Warm your skin and open pores with warm compresses. Apply to skin and leave on for 10 minutes or more. Rinse. Rub a tiny bit of liquid vegetable oil on normally dry areas.
Honey and REAL sugar. Mix them up together and rub on your face. The little grainy feeling from the sugar feels nice and leaves your skin feeling really soft.
