Drinking plenty of water is a great idea on so many levels.Drink it during the day, during the night, and in between. Yes, it makes you whiz, but that's a good thing unless it's interfering with your sleep. You may even get some benefit for your skin from drinking water. no. it just makes you wanna pee at night. try drinking HOT water in the morning before breakfast, i've tried it and it helps.
I think that's write. with drinking many2 water can make our body health.
Drinking lots of water throughout the day is important to keep your skin hydrated. Also, although it will help slightly, you also must keep a balanced diet and wash your face regularly to really improve the appearance of your skin, water alone will not work miracles.
By facial spots I am assuming you mean pimples/acne.
It is very important to your skin to stay hydrated THROUGHOUT the day. Drink the recommended amount of water throughout the day, not just before bed...that will only succeed in making you have to get up a million times to relieve yourself :)
Go to a professional to help determine your true skin type. Most people that get acne/pimples have oily skin but it happens to people with dry %26amp; combination skin too. You don't have to pay a thing to get consultations by skin care professionals...go to the mall one day and hit up a few different skin care stores/counters. You can collect samples of skin care, as well, to see what works for you.
In addition to drinking water a healthy diet will also help keep your skin clear. Oily foods, fast foods, basically crap foods will = crap skin. You should also start a skin care regimen once you find a skin care line that works for you %26amp; stick to it. Basically you should be washing your face twice a day, morning and night, using a face wash THEN toner. You should exfoliate once but no more than twice a week. Use a mask once every one or two weeks, based on what your skin type is.
