Drinking plenty of water is a great idea on so many levels.Drink it during the day, during the night, and in between. Yes, it makes you whiz, but that's a good thing unless it's interfering with your sleep. You may even get some benefit for your skin from drinking water. no. it just makes you wanna pee at night. try drinking HOT water in the morning before breakfast, i've tried it and it helps.

Drinking lots of water throughout the day is important to keep your skin hydrated. Also, although it will help slightly, you also must keep a balanced diet and wash your face regularly to really improve the appearance of your skin, water alone will not work miracles.
By facial spots I am assuming you mean pimples/acne.





It is very important to your skin to stay hydrated THROUGHOUT the day. Drink the recommended amount of water throughout the day, not just before bed...that will only succeed in making you have to get up a million times to relieve yourself :)
