Has any one else noticed that the eastern woodland indians have different facial characteristics than western?

It is proposed that people came here in waves over 30,000 years, and I can see differences between Eastern, Western, Central and South American Native Americans, does any one have any info...the eastern woodland indians seem to look more Tibetan and the Western, Central and South American Indians look more Chinese.Has any one else noticed that the eastern woodland indians have different facial characteristics than western?
According to the Mormans, they are all Jewish.
