Is there a cure for facial bumps after shaving?

My 16 yr old son breaks out with facial bumps after shaving what should i tell him to do. or what can i buy for him should he use a razor ?Is there a cure for facial bumps after shaving?
To prevent the facial bumps, I've reduced how often I shave; I shave twice a week.





I shower, dry off, put on facial lotion, then shave with shaving cream and a very sharp razor.





Since starting this routine, I no longer get the shaving bumps.

Have you tried cold compresses to the affected and irritated area. That might help.
There is a wonderful product called PFB Vanish (it's a roll-on). It's about $24.00 a bottle, but it lasts a long time, and really works well. It can be used on underarms, face, bikini line...check it out by doing a search. It works really good, and I'm lost without it! Hope this helps!
