What facial wash is the best for combination(dry&oily) skin? Recommend?

My skin is very sensitive. I break out easily when my skin is oily and I got heavy dark eye circles due to low blood circulation in the undereye areas. Any help on how to improve my skin?What facial wash is the best for combination(dry%26amp;oily) skin? Recommend?
This is what I do and use: In the Mornings I use Apricot Scrub: Invigorating. Afterwards I follow with putting some Boots No7 Soft %26amp; Soothed Toner on a slightly damp cotton pad and waiting for it to dry completely, and then put on a doctor prescribed medication. Once a week, instead of using Apricot Scrub, I use the Mask part of Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask then follow with my regular routine. Every night before going to bed I use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Cleanser with Microclear Technology and continue with using Boots No7 Soft %26amp; Soothed Toner and the doctor prescribed medication.

Before you go to sleep at night rub Vaseline around your eyes. Freeze a Spoon or Cotton Swab over night and in the morning rub it around your eyes. Do this every day. What facial wash is the best for combination(dry%26amp;oily) skin? Recommend?
First drink water, with combination skin its best to use a foam or gel cleanser I definitely recommend using Cetaphil cleanser for normal to oily skin you can use a toner if you like I dont and i have the same kind of skin as you. Always wash your face twice a day. Exfoliate twice a week and since you have combo skin its recommend that you do a mask once a week it will help decrease the oil production in your face and make you pores smaller mud masks are very good for that I use Origins Charcoal Face Mask.
Try using ST IVES APRICOT SCRUB for blackheads/blemishes this is a great deep cleaning exfoliator that gets down under the skin it will definetley help prevent future breakouts great for pores and blackheads ive had major problems with acne for almost 7 years and i have tried everything (no exaggeration) and st ives has by far worked the best for me and its only $3 cant beat that my skin has never behaved so well!!! lol Great for removing scars My new fave is the invigorating cleanser same effect just more gentle i use this now daily and the scrub 2-3 times weekly
